Bring your risk adjustment management expertise and passion for people to a flourishing organization as Episource’s Account Manager - Client Services.

Episource’s Account Manager - Client Services is a work-from-home, remote position. In this individual contributor role, you will report directly to Episource’s Manager, Client Services, and travel approximately 25-30% of your working hours, depending on Episource’s clients' needs.

Here’s how you’ll impact Episource:

  • Leverage your people passion. Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships, leading to increased business and market share for Episource. You’ll support and empower Episource’s clients, leading them to solutions and providing them with a superior experience.
  • Serve as a risk management SME. With your robust risk adjustment background, you will serve as an RA subject matter expert from day one, learning our products throughout the first few months of your Episource experience.
  • Observe with an eye for improvement. Using your keen eye for detail and analysis, you’ll communicate metrics with stakeholders and actively seek out and manage opportunities to increase the use of Episource solutions based on client needs.
  • Act as a communication liaison. Serve as a vital communicator to internal stakeholders as well as Episource clients. On the client level, you’ll provide overviews and demonstrations of Episource solutions with the highest client experience and engagement.

What your journey at Episource will look like:

  • In your first three months at Episource, you will be acquainted with our products and services and ready yourself to seize opportunities to support our clients fully.
  • Throughout your next six months at Episource, you will be viewed as a client service advocate and expert by this time. You will have built account plans and started managing revenue growth opportunities.
  • By the end of your first year at Episource, you will be fully capable of managing all types of clients and fluent in account planning. You will have closed both an upsell and cross-sell opportunity by this time.

What you will bring to the Expert Teams at Episource:

  • 4 to 6 years of account management or client project management experience
  • Healthcare and risk adjustment experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Public Speaking Expertise
  • Superior communication skills
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking techniques
  • Knowledge of computer-based systems such as is highly preferred

Salary Range: $95,000-120,000/year
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting.

Episource will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all patient-facing healthcare workers and client-facing employees.
